The Rise and Fall of Winter of 2008 This Winter I'm not really sure what I'll be doing. I've been down in southern california three different times this Summer and don't ever want to go back. I know that I am not coming out there for Christmas, that is for darn sure. I'm actually going to have a White Christmas, the way God intended it! That being said, I'm gonna have fun playing in the cold snow, cuddling up by the warm fire in my apartment (Yeah, I've got a fireplace in my apartment) and snuggled up with my Ladyfriend (Yeah, I'll have one of those too) Then in February I when my lease is up, hopefully I'll be moving into my own house...with a basement. So that is what I'll be doing this Winter. What about you?
The Summer of 2008 (The summer of discontent) Well, time has come and gone. I flew down to california in May for my cousin Bert's wedding. It was fun, but I was only there for two days. I need to hang out with more people next time. I did however get to be in the Talent Show again. I always find a way somehow. That was fun. If anyone has the DVD or if anyone has the video of the Samson and Delilah Rock Opera, I would love to see it. Put it up on Youtube (which I don't condone, but that's just me) or whatever. I'll watch it. I'll be down next July 3rd through the 13th. Ten full days of being able to hang out with your favorite Mad Man. Book plans now, I'm kinda a big deal. I have many leather bound books, and my apartment smells of rich Mahogany. I will be down for Big Creek sometime in August I believe. But I don't know how long that will be for. But it'll be fun. |
Movin' Out (Anothy's Song)
Basically I have no plans to ever move back to crappy california. I have decided I'm no longer going to capitalize the word "california" because it just sucks that much.
Now, as for coming back to california, I know the next time I will step foot in the God forsaken urine soaked hell hole will be in May for my cousin Bert's wedding. I have no idea for how long I'll be spending there, but I know I will be back at least two more times during the Summer.
1st will be for my Lover's wedding, which I've been invited to be in the wedding as a groomsman. Which is just plain awesome. Expect to see me being awesome (as usual) and looking darn sharp (again, as usual) If you want to go and be my +1 all you have to do is ask.
2nd will be for Big Creek 2008. Now I won't even be able to hang out or anything like that because I will be up in northern california (which doesn't suck as bad, but still is part of california so I still hold it in the lowest regards.) I will be putting on VBS for the wonderful town of Big Creek for the ....wow, I have no idea how long I've been going up there, but I know that it is a long time. I will be spending time with the children and watching Blazing Saddles with Eric, LaDonna, and whoever feels like going or whoever is invited at least.
If you want to go to Big Creek, just ask LaDonna...or whoever is in charge this year. I lobbyed to be in charge this year, I even came up with a great theme and everything, but alas, the power that be decided that it wasn't my time.
