Bert's Wedding

Well, I set out to go to my cousin Bert's wedding on May 4th 2008 and somehow I was able to pull off quite an impressive trip for just a weekend.

First I started by flying out of Denver Friday night, landing and hanging out with both Sam and Katie until 3am, then got up for breakfast and hung out with Eric, Brady, Jeffers the Panda Bear, Pont and Mr. O. Then I had a nice sit down dinner with my parents at a restaurant in Coto. After that I went to hang out with Andrew at Games 4 U and then preceded to hang out with Chris and Brian Nevaraz at their house and also went to In N Out that evening with them and Alex, Pont, Kurt, and some other people. I got home around 4am that night/day.

Woke up at 9am and got ready for Bert's wedding, it was at the RSM lake and was the best wedding ever. it was about seven minuets. Quick and to the point. Very nice. The reception was held around the City Hall area of RSM in a big banquet hall. Alot of fun, I danced like the man I am, and flirted with a very sweet young lady about X-men and other geeky things.

I then was able to go to the Talent Show and perform in not one, but two separate acts and also do a quick little joke to help stall as well. Jason had no idea I was there until I was on stage for the Samson and Delilah Rock Opera (Which rocked...so hard by the way) After the talent show was over I headed over to my cousin's house in Las Alimitos for a wedding after party (Yeah, my family even parties after a party) and then got home around 2am

I woke up Monday morning and left. I got on my bike and preceded to ride 1,200 miles back to the great state of Colorado. It was the best experience of my life and I would do it again in a heartbeat. Well, at least I would if I had someone else there with me, that would make it so much better. Thank God Eric will be getting his soon and we will be riding to Yellowstone together!
